TERMS and CONDITIONS
BOOKING
There are many ways to get in contact with us. You can book your lesson on our website www.surfwellbali.com, or send us a message via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. If you text us, please do not forget to mention the important details (such as Date, time, number of people, your surf level, and your address, in case you want us to pick you up).
We will answer your request as soon as possible, but sometimes this can take a few hours. If possible, please send us your request a couple of days in advance so we have enough time to organize the lesson for you.

PICK UP
We will discuss the pick-up time after we get in touch. If you live around Canggu we will pick you up by scooter and there will be no additional costs. If you stay in Kuta, Legian, or Seminyak we will pick you up in a private car; however, this comes at a cost of IDR 200.000 per person.

If you cannot make it to your lesson in time, just let us know as soon as possible. The guide will not wait more than 45 minutes, after that he will leave and understand your delay as a cancelation.

SCHEDULE
​
After we arrive/meet at the beach you will have time to get changed and we will give you a surfboard that fits your surf level. We have boxes where you can put your stuff, or in case we pick you up by car you can also lock your belongings inside.
​
In case it is your first surf lesson, we will start with a warm-up at the beach, where you will get some tips and tricks about surfing and practice the takeoff. If you are already an intermediate surfer, we will give you a surf spot introduction before we jump in.
​
The duration of a surf session will be until you get tired (but the maximum of 2 hours).

CANCELATIONS
​
Of course, we can understand if you need to cancel your session, but please let us know as soon as possible. For that you can always reach us via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Facebook.

In case you cancel spontaneously and the instructor is already at your place with the car, we have to charge a fee of IDR 200.000. Also, it could happen that we have to cancel the surf session due to bad weather or wave conditions, but we do our best to estimate everything as well as possible. As we will be in contact with you, we will give you an update as soon as possible in case of complications.

HIDDEN COSTS
​
There are no additional costs. Everything is included in the listed prices! As there is no insurance for the surf boards we will charge an additional fee in case you damage or break the rented surfboard.
